You’ll need to enter the heart of the Siege of Orgrimmar and face off against Earthbreaker Haromm and Wavebinder Kardris on normal, heroic or myth difficulty. You have a shot at looting this chest once they are defeated. It contains the gear of Dark Shaman. There’s no key, no cryptic puzzle, just good ol’ boss farming. Make sure you’re not in LFR mode, though, or you’ll leave empty-handed.

Yes, Kor’kron Shaman’s Treasure is strictly a shaman-exclusive loot. If you’re not a shaman, tough luck. You’ll have to find another transmog elsewhere.
