Can I get Spectral Steed if I play as Horde?

Spectral Steed is a unique mount for the Alliance and cannot be used by Horde characters. For Horde players, there is another mount – Spectral Wolf. When you receive Spectral Steed for any Alliance character, Spectral Wolf will automatically be added to the collection for Horde characters. You won’t have to repurchase the Horde mount.
