Vicious War Basilisk Boosting Explained

The Vicious War Basilisk is the exclusive PvP mount reward from Battle for Azeroth Season 3. To earn it, you must win rated PvP matches while maintaining a rating of 1400 or higher. Only victories achieved above this threshold will contribute to your progress bar, which is account-wide.

You need to earn 2400 points in total to unlock the mount. Each type of rated content grants a different number of points per win:

  • 2v2 Arena: 10 points per win (≈240 wins)
  • 3v3 Arena: 30 points per win (≈80 wins)
  • Rated Battlegrounds: 60 points per win (≈40 wins)

Wins in brackets where your rating is below 1400 do not count toward progress.
