The good old World of Warcraft Classic – There’s no better place to unwind as you explore lands of Kalimdor and Azeroth.

To be honest, this MMORPG is one of the best games ever created. However, it’s one of the most addictive games as well, and, that’s mostly because of the ability to grow stronger, the so-called Leveling!

Therefore, most players tend to level up as fast as they can so they can do harder, more complex, quests and for other reasons as well. But, we can all agree that leveling isn’t always that easy.

In that light, let’s take a look at some of the best tips when it comes to leveling.

Getting Level 60 in WoW Classic – Fast and Easy

Tips To Reach Level 60 Fast In Wow Classic

Reaching level 60 is quite hard and requires a lot of time and effort. However, if you go in the right direction and focus on the right things, you’ll be able to do it faster.

Luckily, we are here to guide you through the game and show you how to do it. So, let’s begin.

Logging out – Only in Capitals

Tips To Reach Level 60 Fast In Wow Classic

As we all know, Cities are a place where you can rest a bit from all the killing and smashing. Most importantly, it’s safe to spend time in Cities as they are free of blood-thirsty spiders and wolves.

So, how can logging out in Cities actually help you? Well, in case you like to take your time while doing quests, logging out at Cities will enable you to accumulate ‘’Rested experience’’. Even if you’re away from the computer, your character will gain some experience if you leave it in the City.

The same goes for Inns, that’s also a place where you can freely leave your character in order to rest a bit.

Show no Mercy – Kill everything you can

Tips To Reach Level 60 Fast In Wow Classic

The only certain thing about getting tons of experience in WoW Classic is to kill everything in your path. This might seem a bit confusing since it drives you away from finishing quests, but, look at it from this perspective:

  • More killing – More experience
  • Killing requires a bit more time which means you’ll be stronger for upcoming quests
  • You’ll easily finish quests with a higher level

So there you go, it’s a good thing to show no mercy. Simply put, use your axe, spells, bow, sword, or whatever you got equipped and start rampaging through forests and dines all across the world.

However, you’ll need to be careful not to attack stronger creeps and lose your life since you’ll use a lot of time on respawning. Choose your battles wisely.

Also, it’s a good thing to do quests that involve killing a certain number of monsters or a big boss monster as well.

Equip Yourself with Healing items

It’s quite important to equip yourself with healing as much as you can. This will allow you to use healings efficiently and get back in the battle as soon as possible. On the contrary, you’ll need to walk back to the City or heal yourself elsewhere which is quite time-consuming.

Also, there are plenty of mobs that drop fabric like Linen that can help you craft some Bandages. That’s also a good way to equip yourself with lots of healing. However, that’s not the most suitable way, but it works.

In addition to that, you can always find some First Aid trainers and learn to craft your own healing, they are usually found in any major city.

Crafting Helps

Tips To Reach Level 60 Fast In Wow Classic

Training your character in the field of crafting or gathering professions is quite helpful when it comes to leveling. Namely, crafting will allow you to make some weapons or armor that can really help you during the whole process of leveling.

As we all know, most creeps and monsters can be skinned once you kill them and that will provide you with a nice gold bonus once you sell it. The same goes with herb mastery, you can just right click on the herbs when you’re doing quests as you walk and accumulate quite a lot of material for selling.

This gold you can earn with these skills can be used for some really important stuff, like acquiring a mount.

Gold Matters

Tips To Reach Level 60 Fast In Wow Classic

As we all know, making gold in WoW classic is not that easy, especially if you don’t focus on it. However, budgeting your gold can really mean a lot in the long run. It’s known that World of Warcraft is designed to empty your gold sack at a certain time on your leveling ladder.

Therefore, it’s vital to learn some tips to budget your gold in WoW classic, it will do you only good later. Let’s see some:

  1. Explore Professions

To be honest, exploring the World of Warcraft is quite fun, especially when it comes to professions. There are plenty of professions that can bring you gold once you master them, so, let’s take a closer look at what profession should you choose.

  • Tier S – Skinning

One thing is certain in WoW, you can skin basically every monster you come across. So that makes skinning one of the most popular professions. Therefore, it’s the number one profession with lots of potential in the early phases.

Anyhow, this profession reaches its highest level once you start skinning Devilsaurs. The ladder drops from a Devilsaur is extremely expensive and can be sold for a good amount of gold. However, tackling these beasts is not that easy since they are 54-55 level.

  • Tier A – Alchemy and Mining

Another profession that really pays off – the Alchemy! Now, alchemy has its ups and downs, for example, you can make some really good profits throughout every stage of World of Warcraft.

On the other hand, alchemy is a bit more expensive to level than skinning, but, it surely pays off later. It’s also recommendable to pair this profession with Herbalism – This will enable you to make some really good potions and consumables.

And, when it comes to mining, you’ll be able to earn quite a bit of gold with it. Simply speaking, we recommend going to a bit higher level zones in order to find some ore deposits you can farm. This will enable you to gather a lot of ore and sell it afterward, or make it into a weapon.

The best ore to farm is the Thorium Ore. Also, if you’re lucky, you can get some really rare Arcane Crystals which are really expensive on the market.

  • Tier B –  Leatherworking

In case you don’t have the patience to level professions and focus on them, we strongly recommend leatherworking. Namely, this profession really pays off in the early stages, especially if you combine it with Skinning.

Also, as we already mentioned, you can skin Devilsaurs and make some really expensive Devilsaur Leather. But, most importantly, you will be able to make decent stacks of gold with this profession.

  • Tier C –  Engineering

There are plenty of professions to make some good money in WoW Classic, and Engineering is not one of them. However, this profession can help you in other ways. For example, you can sell some engineering bombs and trinkets on the Auction House and get the money that way.

Also, engineering is an expensive profession to master, so we highly recommend not choosing this profession if your goal is to make gold.

  • Tier D –  Tailoring

Same as engineering, tailoring is mostly used to craft some piece of gear and not to make gold. But, you can save a lot of gold with this profession since you won’t need to spend already earned gold on new gear.

  1. Farm Farm Farm

Players who are not comfortable with exploring professions and would rather go kill stuff for gold should really consider Farming. As you could suspect, farming is an activity where you simply kill a lot of enemies and collect their valuable items.

In addition to that, you can sell these items you collected or simply use them, it’s up to you. We recommend selling everything you can gather from killing and stashing it on a big pile of gold.

Also, it’s quite important to know where to farm. So, we included some of the best places for you to unleash your power and satisfy your thirst for blood.

Here they are:

  • Hearthglen

In case you’re a solo farmer, Hearthglen can really pay off. Namely, this place is located in Western Plaguelands and it’s quite convenient for players of any level. Just make sure to gear up before you go on a journey to this place.

There are some really cool and useful drops in Hearthglen. Namely, you can collect some Large Healing Potions and some Runecloth as well. Among that, there are other useful items to harvest here.

  • Winterspring

Getting into a battle with Furbolgs is not an easy task, but, it’s a rewarding one. Simply put, you can find many Furbolgs in Winterspring lands, and, they tend to drop Winterfall Firewater potions.

These potions sell really well on the market.

  • Eastern Plaguelands

It’s a well-known fact that some classes are better for farming, but, in the Eastern Plaguelands, everyone is the same. You can easily kill most of the monsters here no matter the class you belong.

Also, there are some good drops in Eastern Plaguelands which you can sell in the Auction House.

  1. Buy and Sell items

Last, but definitely not the least, you can sell a lot of items you collect in Auction House. This is a regular way of earning money in WoW classic as it requires you nothing but patience and a bit of knowledge of marketing.

Simply, you really want to buy items when they are cheap and sell them once their value increases. Also, in case you stumble upon some really good and rare drop, you can always sell it for a bit more gold than you anticipated.

However, you first need to acquire items in order to sell them, and here’s how:

  1. Raid – Farm – Collect
  2. Master profession – Make items

Also, it’s important to mention not to sell some items instantly. There’s a chance that you can sell them for a lot more after some time passes.

Here are Some Leveling Methods for You to Try

Tips To Reach Level 60 Fast In Wow Classic

Leveling in World of Warcraft Classic is considered a bit harder than in any other Expansion. That’s why it’s good to focus on the right stuff on your path.

Doing Quests

First, and definitely a good option, is to do Quests. Questing is the core of this game and it requires you to choose wisely and follow important notes. Therefore, it’s crucial to do as many quests as you can.

It’s not a secret that Dungeons in World of Warcraft Classic are possibly the best way of collecting massive experience. Players tend to get more than 1-2 levels per dungeon, on average.

And, it’s a good thing that dungeons come quickly in the path of leveling. This means that you can enter your first dungeon around level 13 if you’re a Horde. However, if you find yourself to be an Alliance player, dungeons come at around level 17.

In both ways, you’ll be able to explore a lot in these dungeons and meet many challenging enemies that tend to give some good drops.
