Quests are, and will always be, one of the most entertaining parts of the World of Warcraft, especially in new expansions. With the release of Battle for Azeroth, some changes were made in the quest line and overall questing.

However, the core of this activity stayed the same. So, you’re still in for a treat once you start your way on the quest path.

Anyhow, Blizzard always made sure to bring only the best quests with interesting stories. And, in the BFA expansion, they really did a good job. With the introduction of World Quests, WoW BFA really raised a bar when it comes to leveling and questing in general.

So, let’s take a look and see how to unlock daily and world quests in WoW BFA.

Daily And World Quests In Bfa Wow: How To Unlock

Daily and World Quests – Brief Introduction

There are two types of quests you should be interested in once you hit level 120 in WoW BFA – Daily, and World Quests.

Daily Quests

As you could suspect, daily quests are only available once per day. These are repeatable quests, and that makes them easy and quite enjoyable to complete.  However, you should not underestimate daily quests as you can stumble upon some really tricky ones.

Anyhow, these quests are specially made for lots of different professions, reputation, and even for some seasonal events. Therefore, daily quests stand out a bit from the normal quest line. Also, they are recognizable with their blue exclamation and question marks.

For those that wonder, daily quests reset at the same time every day. That time is different for each time zone, so here’s how it goes:

  • North America – 15:00:00 UTC
  • Oceanic – 15:00:00 UTC
  • Europe – 07:00:00 UTC

On top of that, in case you start doing daily quests every day, you’ll be rewarded accordingly. But, we’ll get to that later once we discuss achievements.

World Quests

These types of quests are introduced in Legion expansion and they made quite a refreshing change. In BFA, they are even more upgraded as they provide a much wider story and colorful picture of the game.

So, the whole concept of World Quests is that you’re able to do them once you unlock them. Also, they are specially made to rely on an authentic system. This means that World Quests are available in different zones and in a different time, meaning you have to ‘’catch’’ them.

Another thing that separates World Quests from the normal or Daily ones is the variety of quest objectives. Namely, in World Quests, you will face all sorts of problems and will need to deal with lots of complications in order to complete objectives.

The most popular World Quest objectives are:

  • Raid parties or Dungeons
  • Objectives similar to PvP
  • Pet Battle
  • World Boss objectives
  • Elite Mobs or Rare ones

As we can see, these quests are quite rich with diversity, that’s why they are one of the most interesting quests to play.

Anyway, let’s continue next and see how to unlock these quests.

Unlocking Process

Daily And World Quests In Bfa Wow: How To Unlock

Daily quests are available once you reach level 120. You can easily find them all across the land and complete them without much complication.

On the other hand, World Quests are a bit harder to unlock. There is a whole process you will need to go through in order to approach World Quests.

So, let’s start from the top:

  1. Reach level 120

As we already said, the first thing to do in order to unlock World Quests in BFA is to reach level 120. This is, of course, the top level in the game and requires you to put a lot of effort and time into reaching it.

However, you’re going to start World Quests after you reach level 120 so there’s no need to focus on this type of quests before it’s actually time to do so.

  1. Befriend Kul Tiras or Zandalar

Second, and possibly the most important thing to do, is to befriend Kul Tiras (Alliance Players) or Zandalar (Horde Players). This stuff is of the essence when it comes to World Quests.

But, how to get that friendly reputation? What should you do? Where should you go? Well, here’s the thing:

  • Alliance Players – You will have to do a quest called Uniting Kul Tiras. In this quest, you will need to befriend 3 fractions that are located in Kul Tiras.
  1. Proudmoore Admiralty
  2. Storm’s Wake
  3. Order of Embers

And, most importantly, you will find this quest in Boralus, where you will need to speak with Halford Wyrmbane. This guy rests in Tiragarde Sound.

  • Horde Players – For Horde players, the goal is to complete a quest called Uniting Zandalar and achieve a friendly reputation with all of these three fractions:
  1. Zandalari Empire
  2. Talanji’s Expedition
  3. Voldunai

Therefore, you will need to find Nathanos Blightcaller and pay him a visit to Zuldazar. The exact place where you can find him is in Zandalar.

In conclusion, you will need to befriend 3 fractions either you’re Alliance or Horde player. So, get on with it, you will find that this certain quest is not that hard and time-consuming.

  1. Unlock 3 footholds – Complete War Campaign

You will also be required to complete the War Campaign in order to unlock World Quests. This type of activity is not the same for Alliance and Horde players.

Make sure to complete all War Campaigns that you can, only then you’ll be able to advance to the World Quest activity and see how fun they actually are.

World Quests – Types

Daily And World Quests In Bfa Wow: How To Unlock

Once you step into the World Quest world, the first thing you’ll notice is how many different types of quests are there. In that light, we’ll go through some major quests and talk about them for a minute here.

Let’s see what awaits you once you unlock World Quests.

First of all, let’s divide World quests by the type. It goes like this:

  • Purple Exclamation Mark – This type of quest is about World Boss. You can expect to slay some really strong bosses here.
  • Blue Skull – Quests that are shown with Blue Skull on the minimap are involving Dungeons.
  • Blue Exclamation Mark – Once you see this marker, you will need to kill an elite mob.
  • Normal Exclamation Mark / With Dragon Border – This World quest is about killing a smaller and a bit weaker elite mob.
  • Profession Marker – As the name implies, this quest is all about your profession. Keep in mind that these types of quests spawn only in 3 days or so.
  • Green Paw Mark – Probably the most interesting quests in BFA, the bet battling quest!

As we can see, this is what you’re up against once you unlock World Quests in BFA. It’s clear that you’ll have a handful of work here in order to complete them all.

On top of that, some quests are quite hard so it’s a good idea to have a suitable strategy of approach. That way, you’ll be able to execute them without any complications.

Exceptional World Quests: BfA

Daily And World Quests In Bfa Wow: How To Unlock

Let’s take a look at some of the most difficult world quests in BFA. Here they are:

  1. Tortollan Seekers

As one of the most unique and definitely a bit strange quests, Tortollan Seekers quest requires you to bring you A-game. Keep in mind that this quest is not similar to normal quests you came across on your way up to here.

So, what’s the main difference? Well, for starters, this quest doesn’t require you to kill any bosses or elite mobs. It simply needs you to solve a puzzle, yeah… the puzzle.

In that light, here are the puzzles you will face in this quest:

  • Beachhead – This one is super fun! You will find yourself in a vehicle and your job will be to help little turtles come to the sea. It doesn’t sound so hard, right? Well, the problem is that you will need to defend little turtles from all sorts of crabs and seagulls since they want to eat them.

And remember, there are a lot of these creatures that you need to shoot down.

  • Shell Game – If you have a good memory, this one won’t be a problem for you. As you could suspect, this quest is a classic memory puzzle, so there’s no need to explain anything here.
  • Make Loh Go – You will enter a short mini game in order to solve this puzzle. There, it’s requested of you to guide a little turtle through the maze. On your way to the finish line, you will need to collect checkpoints.

However, you’re not allowed to cross the same place twice, so choose your path carefully.

Sounds fun, doesn’t it? It really is! That’s why this particular World Quest is one of the favorites online.

  1. Faction Assault

This one is quite interesting as it requires you to complete 4 special World Quests. They are a lot of fun since you’ll do the thing you love the most – killing!

Also, this type of quest is quite practical and involves both Alliance and Horde players. You will easily gain reputation points by doing this quest which will position you high.

  1. Naga Invasion

Remember the time when you faced Naga Invasion, but you just helped your allies defend from it? Well, now’s the time to do this World Quest all the way up to the end.

Naga Invasion World Quest will allow you to kill lots of Naga minions in order to free captives from their caps. Also, it’s a good thing to destroy as many War Supplies as you can, since that way, there will be less Naga to deal with.

Here’s the best part – When you finish this quest, you will be rewarded with a super buff. That’s right, Unstable Manapear! This buff lasts only for an hour and increases your stats by 1000 which is totally out of control.

  1. Champions of Azeroth

Possibly the most popular World Quest, the Champions of Azeroth is both fun and definitely rewarding. Now, you can collect this quest both in Kul Tiras and in Zandalar, which means that both fractions are able to do it.

And, by the look of its name, this quest requires you to deal with Azerite. You will need to use your Hearth of Azeroth to aid and heal Azeroth, since there will be some wounds there, or you will need to kill some elite mobs.

The best thing about this quest is that you will always be rewarded for your troubles, highly rewarded. The gear that drops upon finishing this quest is always Azerite type, so that’s right – Your reward is definitely worth it!

World Quests – Rewards and Bonuses

Daily And World Quests In Bfa Wow: How To Unlock

With every quest comes some reward, and, since you’re an experienced player, you should know that not every quest is that ‘’rewarding’’. However, World Quests are both rewarding and worth the time for so many reasons.

And, it’s obvious that you’ll be rewarded accordingly to the difficulty of the quest. So, in case you find some World Quests easy to do, don’t expect a highly valuable reward in return.

On the other hand, doing difficult and quite hard quests will always benefit you in terms of rewards.

Also, the quest reward depends on the quest type as well. That’s why we have:

  • Quest for Profession – Once you finish this type of quest, you can’t expect a reward that’s not suitable for your profession. That’s why this type of quest only ensures you get a professional skill-up.
  • Battle Pet type of Quest – These types of quests has a high chance to provide you with the stones and pet charms. They are quite convenient to use and offer good benefits.
  • Dealing with Elite Mobs Quests – Since dealing with Elite Mobs is not easy, and also requires a lot of time and effort, the reward for this type of quest is much better than any regular quest. You can find some really valuable pieces of gear as well as some huge stash of gold.
  • Other World Quests – From gold to Azerite Power items, there’s a chance to get basically anything once you finish some World Quest.

So, there you go! Keep in mind that there are lots of other Achievements and Bonuses you can benefit from by doing World Quests.

Only some of the Achievements you can earn are Wide World of Quest Achievement that comes into your hand only when you successfully complete 100 World Quests. Besides that, there are some series of achievements that are quite beneficial once you get a taste of them.

Conclusion

In the light of everything we mentioned here, it’s only normal to conclude that doing World Quests and Daily ones is beneficial. So, gear up, stack up with potions, and get on the path to complete them all.

We explained thoroughly how to unlock World Quest in WOW BFA. Therefore, it’s only up to you to start this ride and enjoy while you’re on it.

One thing is guaranteed, for a player that loves doing quests, you will both enjoy World Quests and be rewarded greatly for your efforts. Everything besides that you should consider as a bonus as well as a benefit.
