Can I choose my coach, or will one be assigned to me?
During coaching request we assign players depending your needs and availability. However, if you have prefer a coach with certain expertise – contact us and let us know! We always pay attention to what our customers request.
Can I request a reschedule for my coaching session?
Sure thing! We do understand that sometimes plans may change due to various real life situations. That’s OK! Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We will request new time that suits your schedule.
Do you provide coaching for specific classes and specs?
Yes, of course! For every specific order we contact one of our coaches who is experienced with the particular class and specializations within Cataclysm Classic. If you request coaching tailored to your specific class and spec to ensure you receive the most relevant and beneficial guidance.
How experienced are the coaches?
Our coaches are professional players. They have decades of WoW experience. Some has started in 2004, some have joined the game in TBC and WoTLK expansions. All our players have high rankings in various PvP brackets, including Gladiator titles and top arena ratings. We keep contact with our coaches and keep them updated with the latest game changes and meta shifts. They always provide you with the most current and effective strategies!

What languages do your professional pvp players speak?
Our coaching sessions are usually in English. However we have coaches who are fluent in several major languages. Tell our support team about your language preference. Whether you prefer coaching in Spanish, French, German, Russian, Mandarin, or any other language, we will do our best to match you with a coach who can communicate effectively with you. If your preferred language is not currently available, our support team can discuss potential solutions or future availability.
Can I request coaching at any time of day?
We do understand that players come from different time zones and have varying availability. We provide coaching sessions various times throughout the day. Flexibility is crucial, and we try to fit times that are most convenient for you. Let us know your preferred coaching times. Is there a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with the coaching?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If by any reason you are not satisfied with the coaching session, or booster attitude please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will review your case and offer a a solution.
It could be partial or full refund. This option is only available if there were significant issues that impacted your learning experience. Alternatively we can reschedule another session with a different coach. We believe that we can find the right match for you.
