WotLk Black Proto-Drake Mount

Black Proto-Drake is the first mount that was ever given for a Glory to the Raider achievement. It can be obtained only during the initial Classic WotLK content phase and will no longer be available once Ulduar is released. You can earn this mount by achieving Glory of the Raider (25 player).

The Glory Achievement in and of itself is exceedingly difficult to obtain because it needs you to execute a set of 17 specific tasks while fighting bosses in all WotLK raid dungeons, which typically make those encounters more difficult than they would otherwise be. Wrath raids are already challenging enough for the vast majority of players, so if you want to earn the Glory achievement, you need to be aware that it will take a very long time (probably the entire phase), and there is no guarantee that you’ll be able to find a guild that is committed enough to complete the achievement. Glory of the Raider is one of the most hardcore Classic Wrath of the Lich King PvE achievements that broke the will of many players!
