WotLK Honor Farm
In Wrath of the Lich King, Honor Points are by far the most important currency used in Player vs. Player combat. It may be used to acquire everything from PvP armor and weapons to supplies and even more expensive reagents. Honor points may be earned by taking part in both rated and casual Player vs. Player combat in WotLK Classic. These points can then be spent at PvP merchants to purchase rare and epic item prizes. You will need to equip yourself in a set of Honor gear to get some resilience before you will be able to progress further in ranked PvP.
Power-wise, the gear that can be purchased with Honor points is superior to the gear you can get by crafting but is weaker than the elite Deadly Gladiator’s items. However, since the latter are rating-gated, you will need to equip yourself with a set of Honor gear to get some resilience to progress any further in PvP. Unfortunately, though, much like every other grind in World of Warcraft: Classic, accumulating enough Honor points will require a ridiculous amount of work on your part. WotLK Honor Carry Includes

How Much Honor Do You Need to Buy WotLK PvP gear?
Even though the Honor Cap in Wrath of the Lich King remains unchanged, Level 80 PvP gear is way more expensive than the level 70 equivalent in WoW TBC. Buying a WotLK Classic Honor gear set (aka Savage Gladiator’s) a blue 5-piece set of 200-level armor that comes with no off-pieces will set you back a total of 280 000 Honor points or 195 Emblems of Heroism:

Hateful Gladiator’s gear is the next level of gear. Even though It is of the same item level as Savage Gladiator’s set, it’s of Epic quality, which means that it has more stats. Somewhat counter-intuitively, this armor costs the same as the blue set Honor-wise, but this is offset by the Arena points you’ll have to spend on it:

As you can see, the Hateful gear set also includes off-pieces that only cost Honor points. The total cost of a Hateful set is 446 000 Honor points.
The Deadly Gladiator’s gear is the ultimate gradation in phase 1 of Classic Wrath of the Lich King and it is the only tier of gear that has PvP weapons available for purchase. This set, however, is sold strictly for Arena points and is rating-gated.

The Honor Point system is still very important in Wrath of the Lich King. The way to farm Honor, however, has remained unchanged since TBC. In WotLK, gaining Honor still requires players to play battlegrounds, rack up kills, and accomplish a variety of battleground goals.
Thankfully, the battleground UI has been revamped in WotLK Classic and it is much more convenient. You can now queue into any Battleground through the Battlegrounds UI tab from anywhere in the world.

How Much Honor Do You Get Per BG in WotLK Classic?
To offset the greater cost of equipment, the WotLK Honor points rewards for participation in the battleground have been raised. Because of this update, grinding BGs now gives a decent amount of Honor. Not only that, but the amount of Honor you get for Honorable Kills have also been increased significantly.
If you participate in the daily random Battleground, you can earn an additional 3720 Honor points for a win and 620 for a defeat on top of the Honor you’ve earned during the match.
The WotLK Honor points you get for Honorable Kills and completing BG objectives have also been adjusted. What this implies is that your performance will be more crucial than it was in the Original World of Warcraft Wrath of the Lich King. After the Battleground, you can reliably expect to get anything from 1,200 to 2,000 Honor, even if you’re on the losing side.
