Razorfen Kraul, the quillboar warren at the southern tip of The Barrens, gives four quests to each faction, and two of them are shared: Blueleaf Tubers from Ratchet and the Willix the Importer escort inside. Horde add A Vengeful Fate and Going, Going, Guano!, Alliance The Crone of the Kraul and Mortality Wanes. The Charlga Razorflank quest of either side now also hands every player a blue gun, the Quilboar Blaster. The dungeon is built for levels 29 to 38, and most groups go at 30 to 33.

- Inside, summon the gopher from the crate and use the stick to make it dig up six Blueleaf Tubers; the roots are red despite the name. The crate has five charges and a 30-second cooldown, so call the gopher next to a patch, such as the platforms before the bat caves. Bring the crate and stick back with the tubers.

Pickup order and the way in
- Sail from Booty Bay to Ratchet, or from Menethil Harbor to Theramore, then ride south through The Barrens.
- Night elves going to Feralas anyway can come up the Great Lift from Thousand Needles.
- Fly to Camp Taurajo and ride south along the road.
- Stop in Ratchet first: Blueleaf Tubers needs items that only Mebok’s crates hold.
The portal is at the southern tip of The Barrens: leave the road on its west side just before the Great Lift, enter the thorn maze and follow the path past a few quillboar camps. There is no key or attunement, and the meeting stone does not summon; a Warlock’s Ritual of Summoning does.

Roogug
He opens the run from a side room by the entrance, guarded by a seer and an earth elemental. Clear around him, banish or control the elemental and interrupt his Lightning Bolts. Warriors want him for the Vial of Phlogiston of their class armor quest.
Aggem Thorncurse
A plain fight with one rule: when he calls a boar spirit, kill it before going back to him.
Death Speaker Jargba
The hardest fight of the first half. Two adds come with him; control at least one, then kill him fast, since that ends his mind control on your player.
Overlord Ramtusk
Two Razorfen Spearhides guard him, and their spinning attack hits everyone close. Control both if you can and focus Ramtusk while the healer covers his Thunderclap.
Agathelos the Raging
A huge boar behind a ward that falls when the Death's Head Seer and both Ward Guardians are dead. He hits the tank very hard and enrages near the end, so keep cooldowns and potions for his last 30%.
Charlga Razorflank
She waits in a hut above the last area: pull her down to the platform. Spread out, interrupt Chain Bolt and dispel her Renew. Make sure everyone has their quest before the pull, since three quest items drop from her.
Earthcaller Halmgar and the Blind Hunter are rare spawns that do not appear every run. Halmgar holds a platform past the bridge with totems and an elemental; the Blind Hunter waits in the bat cave, and his Sonic Burst silences everyone near him, so casters stop casting when it starts.
