The Cobalt Assembly is a new faction added with the Dragonflight expansion. Unlike the four main factions of Dragon Isles, this minor faction uses a good old reputation system instead of the renown system. How To Unlock Cobalt Assembly Reputation

When you achieve level 70 and finish the main campaign, you can begin the quest called Welcome to the Assembly in the Cobalt Assembly in Azure Span. As soon as you finish the side quests, you can start farming reputation. You should know that you need basic high-level equipment to kill mobs efficiently. They are level 70 Elites and can be quite difficult to deal with.

How to Farm Cobalt Assembly Reputation

Building a high reputation with the Cobalt Assembly requires nothing more than the annihilation of neighbouring Sundered Flame enemies. They have a high chance of dropping Wild Arcana, which may be turned in to one of Cobalt Assembly vendors. A Rare Major Arcana will earn you 200 Cobalt Assembly Reputation, but an Uncommon Moderate Arcana would only earn you 15.

Wild Arcana Powers

Increasing your reputation with the Cobalt Assembly will grant you access to the Wild Arcana that fuels the Assembly, making you even more efficient at grinding Cobalt Assembly reputation. They work similarly to Anima orbs from Shadowland’s Torghast Tower: you loot them from mobs in the Cobalt Assembly, and upon being activated, you can choose one of three buffs which vary from pretty useful to nice to have. They can give you stat boosts, healing upon kill, increased reputation gains and so on.

Cobalt Cutthroat	Empty	Whenever you defeat an enemy within the Cobalt Assembly you are healed for 3% of your maximum health.
Cobalt Reputation	Low	Increase your reputation gain with the Cobalt Assembly by 30%.
Extra Wild Arcana	Low	Adds a fourth choice to your Wild Arcana abilities.
Arcane Shield	Low	Chance to gain an arcane absorb shield after you choose a Wild Arcana power.
Azure Arise	Medium	You can manipulate the wild arcana in the Cobalt Assembly to return you from death once every 60 minutes. When activated, you return to full health and stun all enemies nearby you.
Arcane Instability	High	5% chance when you take any damage to create an unstable ley crystal. When interacted with, the crystal will explode, dealing damage to all nearby enemies. This effect cannot occur more than once every 120 sec.
Unhelpful Fireworks	High	30% chance when you enter combat to create fireworks based on your faction. This effect cannot occur more than once every 120 sec. There is absolutely no combat benefit to this.
