Dragonflight Tier Set Bonuses Disabled at Level 80 — Starting Wednesday, August 28th, Blizzard is rolling out a hotfix that will disable Dragonflight Tier Set bonuses for characters who reach level 80. This means your beloved Dragonflight gear will no longer provide those sweet bonuses once you hit the big 8-0. Blizzard wants everyone to move on to the new content in The War Within without feeling tied to old gear.

The War Within Max Level Campaign is Now Live — The War Within expansion has fully launched, and with it, the max-level story campaign is now live! If you’ve already reached level 80, you can dive into new chapters of the story beyond the leveling campaign.
What Does This Mean for You?
- Dragonflight Gear and Tier Bonuses: — If you’re leveling up, your Dragonflight tier set bonuses will still be your trusty sidekick. But once you hit level 80, they’ll stop working. This is Blizzard’s way of nudging players to gear up with the new and exciting items in The War Within.
- Starting the Max-Level Campaign: — To jump into the new story content, you’ll need to have completed the level-up campaign and hit level 80 on at least one character. After that, you’ll get a quest called A Time to Come Together from Brann. He’ll point you toward Moira Thaurissan in Dornogal.
- What’s Next in the Campaign? — Moira will ask you to report to Faerin Lothar via the Renown of Khaz Algar. You need to be at Renown Rank 4 with all factions to continue.
