Tarkov Partisan Farm Boost

Partisan is a boss in Escape From Tarkov. A lone wolf with a serious vendetta against PMCs who can’t play nice. He is Tarkov’s own karma police, but with an AK-74N and a bad attitude. Partisan shows up in raids to hunt down players with low PMC karma. If you’ve been indulging in a bit too much betrayal and backstabbing, don’t be surprised if you find yourself on this guy’s hit list.

But don’t expect Partisan to just run at you guns blazing. Oh no, he’s smarter than that. He sets up ambushes like it’s an art form, using booby traps on loot containers and corpses to catch you off guard. Imagine thinking you’ve found the jackpot only to have it blow up in your face—literally. He’s the kind of guy who plays 4D chess while you’re still learning checkers.

And let’s talk tactics. Partisan knows Tarkov like the back of his hand, and he’ll use every dirty trick in the book to get the drop on you. His traps aren’t just about explosions either—he’ll rig doors, stash booby-trapped loot, and set up mines in all the wrong places…or the right ones, if you’re him. If you’ve been thinking you’re safe because you’ve memorized every map, think again. Partisan is the curveball you never saw coming.

So why is he after low-karma PMCs? It seems like he’s on a mission to clean up the streets of Tarkov—or at least make life hell for those who contribute to its chaos. If you see him, just know that it’s personal.

PMC Karma is the new word on every Tarkovian’s lips. In essence, PMC Karma is the game’s new way of saying, “Hey, maybe don’t be a jerk.” It seems like the system is designed to discourage all those nasty habits some PMCs have developed, like camping.

PMC Karma rewards players who stick to the unwritten rules of the Tarkov – not camping in that same corner for the entire raid. On the flip side, if you’re the kind of player who likes to sow chaos and turn every encounter into a bloodbath, expect your karma to take a nosedive.

And that’s where Partisan comes in. Low karma? Expect a visit from the man himself. Actions have consequences, and Partisan is the embodiment of those consequences. But what exactly will cause your karma to drop? Killing friendlies, engaging in rampant betrayal, and even camping might be the biggest karma sins.

So, what happens if your karma is sky-high? Maybe you’ll get some nice perks, or at least Partisan will give you a pass when he’s out on his rounds. If it’s rock bottom, though, well… better start looking over your shoulder.

You’ve just managed to outsmart the smartest, taken down the guy who’s supposed to be hunting you, and you’re wondering if you’ve just shot yourself in the karma foot. Unfortunately, we don’t have a straight answer yet. It’s one of those “stay tuned” situations.

But let’s speculate a bit—because that’s half the fun, right? On one hand, you could argue that taking out Partisan should boost your karma. If you’re able to take him down, maybe that should count as some serious good karma points.

On the other hand, Partisan is technically doing the game’s dirty work by punishing low-karma PMCs, so maybe the developers think he’s on the side of  justice. If you kill him, you might be seen as interfering with that delicate balance, which could ding your karma even further.

Or maybe—just maybe—killing Partisan won’t affect your karma at all. It could be a neutral act, a testament to your survival skills without any moral weight attached to it. The only thing we know for sure is that until we get more information, it’s all up in the air.

So, if you do run into Partisan, maybe it’s best to focus on staying alive rather than worrying about karma for now. Whether you end up with a halo or a few extra points on the bad guy meter is something we’ll all have to wait and see.

When it comes to gear, Partisan isn’t messing around. He’s packing a Kalashnikov AK-74N, chambered in 5.45×39, which is already a formidable weapon in the hands of a skilled operator. But Partisan isn’t just any operator; he’s got some toys that make him an even bigger threat.

Take that GP-25 “Kostyor” 40mm underbarrel grenade launcher, for example. It’s not just there for show—this thing can turn a bad situation into a catastrophic one in the blink of an eye. Ever been in a firefight where everything’s going fine, and then suddenly it’s raining grenades? Yeah, that’s Partisan for you. 

And then there’s the Axion Kobra EKP-1S-03 reflex sight. It’s not just about looking cool though it definitely helps. Whether you’re hiding in a bush or trying to make a break for it, this guy is going to spot. 

Partisan’s kit is optimized for one thing: taking down PMCs who think they can run the show. If you do come across Partisan, be prepared for a serious fight. He’s got the gear, he’s got the training, and he’s got a mission to take you down. The question is, are you ready to face him?

The legend of Partisan officially began in August 2024. That’s when he made his grand debut in the Escape from Tarkov. It’s almost like the devs decided that the game needed a little more unpredictability.  So they introduced a character who could embody the very essence of “unexpected.”

Since his introduction, Partisan has been shaking up the way PMCs approach their raids. Before, you might have had a general idea of where the threats were coming from: other players, Scavs, maybe a rogue boss here or there. But Partisan is an entirely new element of danger. 

So, if you’re planning on jumping into Tarkov, and it’s post-August 2024, keep an eye out. Partisan’s out there, lurking, waiting for the perfect moment to remind you why Tarkov is one of the most unforgiving places in the gaming world.
