Malignant Tunnels in Diablo 4, introduced in the Season of the Malignant, are a unique feature that provides a fresh spin on the dungeon crawling aspect of the game. These new dungeons, accessible only to seasonal characters, are infested with Malignant Monsters, fearsome foes that drop Malignant Hearts upon defeat.
In the Malignant Tunnels, players face off against Corrupted Elites and other Malignant type enemies. The main incentive for exploring these tunnels is not just the thrill of the newest boss battle, but also the opportunity to acquire Malignant Hearts. These hearts can be obtained after clearing the dungeon and are used to unlock special Malignant Powers and other rewards in the Battle Pass.
The Malignant Tunnels farm service is designed to help players navigate through these challenging environments and farm Malignant Hearts efficiently. These hearts are a valuable resource, used to craft Caged Hearts which you can put into Infested Sockets, unlock special seasonal rewards and craft new materials.

Keep in mind that in order to receive Caged Hearts from a Tunnel, you have to complete the Seasonal Campaign.

Alternatively, you can allow remote control of your PC using Parsec app. In this scenario, you will log into the game, allowing our player to assume control of your character remotely. The advantages of this method, compared to regular piloting, are twofold: first, you don't have to share your account details with anyone; second, the remote control is less noticeable and harder to detect than account sharing, making it arguably safer. Your Internet connection has to be good enough to support the gameplay, though.

Each Malignant Tunnel will be completed in approximately 20-40 minutes. Please note that the ETA may vary slightly, due to the specifics of the Tunnel and the current game conditions.
Requirements
Your seasonal character has to be eligible for the selected Malignant Tunnels. Use our Diablo 4 power leveling boost service if you don’t meet this requirement.
Diablo IV Eternal Campaign has to be completed. Feel free to use our Diablo 4 Eternal Campaign boost to achieve this.
We will need access to your Diablo 4 account for some meaningful amount of time to work on your order. It will be occupied while we work.

Understanding Malignant Monsters and Caged Hearts in Diablo 4
In the aftermath of the Diablo 4 storyline, a new curse known as Malignance has begun to infect every living creature in Sanctuary. This curse transforms its host into a bloodthirsty being, making enemies more formidable than ever before. The first season of introduces new mechanics, a new season’s questline, a new boss battle and access to the battle pass. It’s also worth noting that eternal realm characters won’t be able to participate; be ready to create a fresh alt for your adventures in the first season.
How To Unlock Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4?
In Diablo 4’s Season of the Malignant, players encounter enemies affected by the malignant corruption, a new type of foe that can randomly spawn in place of regular Elites throughout Sanctuary. These malignant monsters are partly corrupted enemies that have been affected by a mysterious Malignance, turning them into more formidable adversaries. Defeating one of these elite enemies in Diablo 4 rewards you with a powerful Malignant Heart, which can be used to obtain build-altering powers which will come in handy in defeating the Malignant army.
Players can acquire Malignant Hearts by defeating a malignant monster in the seasonal realm, capturing the Malignant Heart they drop, and then defeating the more powerful enemy that spawns. As players continue to get stronger and access higher World Tiers, better Malignant Hearts will naturally drop. However, this new Season 1 Diablo 4 mechanic only begins once players have finished the campaign on at least one character on their account.
Malignant Hearts can be socketed into specific pieces of gear, similar to Diablo 4 gems. There are 32 Malignant powers that provide the user with new legendary abilities. Each heart you collect is color-coded; it’s color signifies what type of gear you can use the ability on. For example, Brutal Hearts are blue and they can only be used on special Infested Socket found on blue rings and jewelry.
There are four colors of Malignant Hearts, but there are only three colored sockets. The fourth Malignant Heart color is extremely rare as it can be socketed into any colored slot. You can increase your odds of receiving rare Malignant Hearts as you progress throughout the campaign. Also, the higher the Diablo 4 world tier you’re on, the better your chances of earning high-quality Malignant Hearts are.
Target Farming in Malignant Tunnels
In Diablo 4’s Season of the Malignant, players have the opportunity to target farm specific rewards in Malignant Tunnels. These special locations spawn in the world and offer a higher spawn rate of Malignant Monsters, allowing players to hunt down these enemies more efficiently.
The key to target farming in new Malignant Tunnels lies in the Invoke the Malignant event. To participate in this event, players must first ensure they have the correct Malignant Invoker for the specific Heart type they want. Once they have the correct Invoker, they can find a Malignant Tunnel in the world and clear it until they reach the Malignant Outgrowth at the end.
How To Farm Malignant Hearts?
Malignant Outgrowths start the event and allows players to select the type of Heart they would like. This could be a Brutal, Vicious, Devious, or even the rare Wrathful Heart. Once the type is selected, an already empowered enemy appears. There’s no need to use the Cage of Binding in this case. Defeating this enemy guarantees the drop of a Caged Heart of the chosen type. It’s a crucial part of the Season of the Malignant, allowing players to maximize their rewards and progress more efficiently. We will extensively use this way of farming during our Malignant Tunnels boost.
The Rewards of Malignant Tunnels
