To summon Beast in the Ice, follow these steps. There are so-called Nightmare Dungeons in Diablo 4, an endgame activity providing you with some precious loot. You need to gather Distilled Fear in the Tier 30+ Nightmare dungeons to be able to summon Beast in the Ice (to gather Distilled Fear, simply complete the Tier).
