How to Get the Mount

The Clutch of Ha-Li drops from Ha-Li, a rare elite NPC that only spawns during a Mogu assault in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It’s important to note that Ha-Li does not spawn during the N’zoth assault, so you’ll need to wait for a Mogu assault to begin. Once the Mogu assault starts, head to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and look for Ha-Li in the eastern part of the Ruins of Guo-Lai.

Ha-Li flies in an irregular, anticlockwise circle high above the ground, making it difficult to engage in combat. However, you can attack it from the cliff at 36.9, 36.3, near where it spawns, or from the pillar at 31.8, 44.1. Remember that Ha-Li is a rare elite, so it may take some time and effort to defeat it and obtain the Clutch of Ha-Li mount.

Daily Farming

The good news is that you can farm Ha-Li daily during the Mogu assault. Don’t give up if you don’t get the Clutch of Ha-Li mount on your first attempt! Keep trying every day during the assault until you finally get the mount.
