1. Travel to Zereth Mortis: The Endless Sands region in Zereth Mortis is where Rhuv, Gorger of Ruin, can be found. To get there, you must reach level 60 and complete the required quests to unlock the zone.
2. Locate Rhuv, Gorger of Ruin: Once you have arrived in Zereth Mortis, you must find the Rhuv, Gorger of Ruin rare mob. Rhuv has a chance to spawn in multiple locations around the Endless Sands region, so you must search for it.
3. Defeat Rhuv, Gorger of Ruin: Once you have located Rhuv, you must defeat it in combat.
4. Loot Iska’s Mawrat Leash: If you are lucky, Rhuv will drop the Iska’s Mawrat Leash item upon its defeat. This item is a rare drop, so you may need to defeat Rhuv multiple times before obtaining it.
