To obtain the Darkmaul mount, players need to feed the friendly NPC named Darkmaul with 10 Tasty Mawshrooms from Invasive Mawshroom in Korthia. Darkmaul can be found west of the Mauler’s Outlook in Korthia.

To obtain Tasty Mawshrooms, players need to find treasure nodes called Invasive Mawshrooms in Korthia. These treasure nodes have a 10-20% drop chance for the Tasty Mawshrooms. Players can pick up the “treasures” once per spawn point per day and obtain up to 5 Invasive Mawshrooms per day.

If someone else has already picked up the Invasive Mawshroom, it has a 10-15 minute respawn timer, and players can pick it up within 5 seconds of the first player looting the shroom.

The Tasty Mawshrooms are not unique, so players can gather all ten before turning them into Darkmaul, but they can turn them in as they please. When players feed Darkmaul with Tasty Mawshrooms, they can ride him for a 2-minute buff. The buff states that “You might become friends overtime”, which is crucial for obtaining the mount.

Note: If players feed Darkmaul and instantly jump off instead of riding him for the full 2-minute buff duration, it will not count towards their progress for getting the mount.
