To begin your journey towards obtaining the Netherwing Drakes, head to Shadowmoon Valley and find Mordenai at the Netherwing Fields. Speak to him and begin the questline, which will take you through a series of tasks to earn a reputation with the Netherwing faction.

Step 2: Earn a Reputation with the Netherwing

To obtain the Netherwing Drakes, you must be exalted with the Netherwing faction. You can earn a reputation with the Netherwing by completing daily quests or farming Netherwing Eggs. Daily quests are a significant source of reputation with the Netherwing faction. Speak to the various NPCs at the Netherwing Ledge to obtain quests that will reward you with a reputation upon completion. 

Step 3: Collect Netherwing Eggs

Killing Netherwing mobs throughout Shadowmoon Valley is another way to earn a reputation with the Netherwing faction. These mobs can drop Netherwing Eggs and Netherwing Relics, which can be turned in for additional reputation. Netherwing Eggs can be found throughout Shadowmoon Valley and offer a significant boost in reputation when turned in to the appropriate NPC. Keep an eye out for them as you explore the area.

Step 4: Obtain the Netherwing Drakes

Once exalted with the Netherwing faction, head to Drake Dealer Hurlunk on Netherwing Ledge in Shadowmoon Valley. You can purchase the Reins of the Netherwing Drakes from him for 200g.
