Once you arrive at the Ring of Blood, you must locate Nakk the Thunderer, a rare elite creature that roams around the area. Nakk has a chance to spawn in several locations in the area, so you’ll need to do some searching to find him.

Once you’ve located Nakk, it’s time to take him down. Nakk is a level 40 elite creature. And he has a 100% chance to drop the Bloodhoof Bull mount.

It’s important to note that Nakk has a fairly long respawn timer, so you may need to wait for him to respawn if he’s not there when you arrive. Additionally, he has a chance to spawn as a different rare elite creature called Luk’hok, so you’ll want to ensure you’re engaging the correct creature before attempting to obtain the mount.
