The Junkheap Drifter is a rare mount that drops from Rustfeather, one of the rare elites that roam around Mechagon Island in World of Warcraft. It is a megacycle mount with a unique appearance that makes it highly desirable. Here’s what you need to know if you want to obtain this mount.

Step 1: Find Rustfeather

Rustfeather is a rare elite that spawns in several locations around Mechagon Island. When you find Rustfeather, defeat him in combat to have a chance to loot the mount.

Step 2: Loot Rusted Keys

Once you defeat Rustfeather, there is a chance that he will drop Rusted Keys to the Junkheap Drifter. Upon obtaining the Rusted Keys, right-click on them. This will add the Junkheap Drifter to your collection.

Step 3: Repeat Daily

You can only loot Rustfeather once per day, so if you don’t get the mount on your first attempt, you’ll need to come back and try again tomorrow. Remember that Rustfeather is a rare elite that spawns every 30-60 min.

Be patient: The Junkheap Drifter Mount has a low drop rate, so it may take a while before you obtain it. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t get it on your first few attempts.
