Once you have access to the dungeon, make your way through the dungeon to the final boss, So’leah.
Defeat So’leah, and with some luck, the Cartel Master’s Gearglider mount will drop.
It’s important to note that the mount can drop on any difficulty, so you can run the dungeon on Heroic, or Mythic.
If the mount doesn’t drop, don’t despair! You can easily farm for it by taking advantage of the 7/8 lockout system.

How to do 7/8 lockout system

To do this, create a group on an alt character that has already cleared up to the final boss and is parked outside the entrance to Tazavesh.
Log onto your main character and sign up for the group created by your alt. Then, log back onto your alt and invite your main character to the group.
Log back onto your main character and accept the invite to the group. Enter the dungeon as soon as possible to avoid becoming the leader of the group.
Once inside, wait until you become the automatic leader (after around 2 minutes), delist the group.
Keep in mind that you should not leave the dungeon during this process, or the lockout will be destroyed.
