Dragonflight Tailoring Leveling Boost

World of Warcraft’s professions have changed a lot since the New Dragonflight expansion and patch 10.0. Crafting has evolved into a steady source of income and a viable option to increase your character’s power. Each profession now has a wide range of powerful benefits that will stay strong throughout the whole Dragonflight expansion. In DF, the best things you can make are as good as or better than the gear you can get in Mythic raids.

Tailoring has always been useful in certain situations, but its uses have been limited. The benefits of Tailoring are obvious for casters who wear cloth armor, but for other classes, it has always only been useful for making bags and the occasional cloak enchantment. Like every other profession in Dragonflight, Tailoring has changed a lot. We believe that tailoring will be a very strong choice in Dragonflight, and here’s why:

  • Tailoring is an Armor-producing profession. Players are always looking for ways to improve their armor, and there are a fair number of casters who wear cloth. With the introduction of craft quality and reforging, people will seek out the best tailors and use their skills, so if the best tailor is you, you could charge a lot for your professional services in Dragonflight.
  • Tailoring produces utility items and gear upgrades. In Dragonflight, Tailoring recipes are not as limited to armor as they used to be. First of all, the good old bag business is still your number one option to get some income. Additionally, Spellthreads are making a comeback in the new expansion. If you’re unfamiliar with them, Spellthreads are a consumable item that is crafted by tailors that can be used on your leg armor. They provide stat increases for that armor and are basically an enchantment for your pants.

Don’t forget that you may make a lot of money through the Auction House or the crafting orders system by selling your crafts to other players. Now is an excellent time to level Tailoring, and we stand ready to lend a hand in any way we can.

Accessing the maximum potential of production professions still requires a substantial time and effort investment. The introduction of specializations means that leveling up is no longer the sole method to obtain better-quality crafts; instead, you will need to spend a great deal of effort min/maxing your profession stats and creating a talent build that consistently yields the greatest quality of crafts. Tailoring is one of the professions with a wide range of possible subspecializations. The sheer number of potential options can make it difficult to choose the right one. That’s where you might need help from one of our experienced boosters!

The new Dragonflight profession system has plenty of depth and room for optimization for players who enjoy such things. But what if you’re not one of those players? Our Dragonflight Tailoring Leveling Boost is perfect if you want all the perks of a maxed-out profession without the hassle of constantly learning new mechanics.

ETA

Your current rate of progress will determine how long the boost will last. The time required to go from level 1 to level 100 in Tailoring depends on your Renown level with various Dragonflight factions and may reach 15 days if your Renown is low.

Tailoring Specializations

Gaining Profession Knowledge for specializations is almost entirely separate service and as such, it is sold separately from the profession skill boost. Every specialization you select will add overhead to the total ETA of the service, and may prolong it significantly. The upper limit of the estimates you’ll see below has been calculated assuming that you have previously spent all or nearly all of the profession knowledge points you gained from your initial crafts. The player in this situation will boost specialization by completing daily quests, which is slow. The lower limit assumes that you have plenty of first-craft knowledge available.

  • Tailoring Mastery — general tree. Talents give bonus Skill, Resourcefulness and Inspiration and increase the amount of cloth found from Humanoids in Dragon Isles. Maxing out Tailoring Mastery takes 25-46 days.
  • Textiles — teaches you how to become an expert at unraveling various pieces of cloth, weaving that cloth into bolts, and produce resources needed to craft cloth armor. Fully learning Textiles takes 15-37 days on top of the boost’s total ETA.
  • Draconic Needlework — this spec is divided into Azureweave Tailoring and Chronocloth Tailoring which both govern different types of cloth armor you can produce. Leveling Draconic Needlework from scratch to the max takes roughly 23-44 days.
  • Garmentcrafting — the largest skill tree for tailoring, Garmentcrafting improves the quality of your armor. The bonuses in this skill tree give flat upgrades to your Inspiration and Resourcefulness when making cloth armor. Higher levels focus on items for specific armor slots and give even bigger bonuses to your Skill Inspiration and Resourcefulness when producing these specific items. Leveling Garmentcrafting from scratch to the max takes roughly 55-84 days.
