Prismatic Manapearls are obtained by the same activities in Nazjatar. You can earn Prismatic Manapearls by completing world quests, daily quests, killing rare mobs.

Step 3: Purchase the Ankoan Waveray Mount

After you have gathered 250 Prismatic Manapearl, head to Artisan Okata in Nazjatar to purchase the Ankoan Waveray mount. The mount costs 250 Prismatic Manapearl, and you will need to be exalted with the Waveblade Ankoan to purchase it.
