To begin your journey towards obtaining the Cenarion War Hippogryph, you must first gain a reputation with the Cenarion Expedition. This can be accomplished by completing quests, killing mobs, and running instances in Outland.

Neutral to Honored Reputation. To earn a reputation with the Cenarion Expedition, players should start by killing mobs while running The Slave Pens or The Underbog instances whenever possible. This is the easiest way to gain a reputation until reaching Honored status.
Honored to Exalted Reputation. Once a player has reached Honored status, running The Slave Pens and The Underbog will no longer provide reputation gains. Instead, players should focus on completing Cenarion Expedition quests in Hellfire Peninsula, Zangarmarsh, Terokkar Forest, and the Blade’s Edge Mountains.

Another option for gaining a reputation is to run The Steamvault. Each run provides just over 1500 reputation if all mobs are cleared.

Note: It is recommended to run Slave Pens, Underbog, and Steamvault on Heroic Mode as they provide significant reputation gains: regular mobs are worth 15 reputation, and 150/250 for bosses. This method works until players reach Exalted status.
