To obtain the Enchanted Winterborn Runestag mount, players need to purchase it from the vendor Cortinarius on The Ring. However, before being able to purchase it, players need to unlock this vendor by completing a questline and earning a reputation with Marasmius.

Firstly, players must have the Night Fae Covenant and unlock the Transport Network Tier 1 Nurtured Roots inside the Heart of the Forest. The first quest in the questline is A Mycelial Network, which requires players to activate the Transportation Network.

Once the questline is completed, players can access Cortinarius, the vendor on The Ring who sells the mount. However, players must earn a Revered reputation with Marasmius to purchase the mount. Daily quests are available on The Ring to help players earn a reputation.

Notes:

The amount of daily quests available depends on Transport Network Tier.

Using Darkmoon Top Hat or similar buffs can increase reputation farming speed.

Another mount available from Cortinarius is the Vibrant Flutterwing mount.
