To speed up the reputation-grinding process, you can use various buffs such as Contract: The Ascended and Darkmoon Top Hat. These will give you extra reputation points for completing quests or killing mobs.

Purchase the mount:

Once you have reached an exalted reputation with The Ascended, you can head to either Adjutant Nikos in Bastion or Adjutant Mikaros in Oribos to purchase the Gilded Prowler Mount for 30,000 gold.
