- 450x Genesis Mote, which can drop from almost everything in Zareth Mortis.
- 1x Tools of Incomprehensible Experimentation, which can be obtained as a drop from Lihuvim, Principal Architect, the sixth boss of the Sepulcher of the First Ones raid, or from Olea Cache with a low drop chance.
- 1x Cervid Lattice, which can be obtained as a drop from any kind of cervid in Zareth Mortis.

Note that the drop chance for the materials needed to create the Deathrunner mount can be low so that farming may take some time.
