Once the anima is channeled, grab the Dredhollow bolt from the wall and give it to Wingsmash. He will then run to the ballista and fire it, bringing down Harika the Horrid. Remember that the mount drop rate is low, and there is no guarantee that you will obtain it on your first attempt.
