You level Syndicate reputation by completing Lawless Frontier jobs linked to that faction, turning in Dark Matter Ingots to their war chests, and finishing their contracts and Priority Contracts. The tougher the job and the higher the contract quality, the more reputation you earn.
How many factions are in the Syndicate system?
