Every single Dungeon in World ofd  Warcraft Mists of Pandaria expansion has a Challenge Mode. Here is the list of all the 9 dungeons presented in the game:

There are no requirements but level cap. You still need to have some decent gear and a party too. Playing as a team is crucial here. You personal skill matters but you cannot play alone. Gold Rewards

First things first you will get the Challenge Conqueror: Gold meta-achievement. It consists of 9 achievements in total each for finishing specific dungeon within time:

• Temple of the Jade Serpent: Gold;
• Mogu’shan Palace: Gold;
• Gate of the Setting Sun: Gold;
• Scarlet Monastery: Gold;
• Siege of Niuzao Temple: Gold;
• Stormstout Brewery: Gold;
• Shado-Pan Monastery: Gold;
• Scarlet Halls: Gold;
• Scholomance: Gold.

You will also get a class-specific set. Here is the list of them:

• Lich Lord Plate;
• Cycle Armor;
• Howling Beast Set;
• Elemental Triad Regalia;
• Regal Lord Armor;
• Holy Warrior Plate;
• Light Regalia;
• Silent Assassin Armor;
• Windfury Set;
• Betrayer Regalia;
• Golden King Plate;

You thought that is? Well! How about teleport spells to every dungeon entrance? The dungeon you have completed at Gold time rewards you with achievement and a teleport spell that will bring you to the entrance at once! No need to fly through entire Azeroth just to run a dungeon. The only downtime here is that all the teleport spells share 8 hour cooldown. Good news is that they reset after completing a Challenge Mode. Silver Rewards

Completing all the challenges rewards you with Challenge Conqueror: Silver meta achievement. It also consists of 9 achievements.

• Temple of the Jade Serpent: Silver;
• Mogu’shan Palace: Silver;
• Gate of the Setting Sun: Silver;
• Scarlet Monastery: Silver;
• Siege of Niuzao Temple: Silver;
• Stormstout Brewery: Silver;
• Shado-Pan Monastery: Silver;
• Scarlet Halls: Silver;
• Scholomance: Silver.

You will get an Ancestral Phoenix Egg by mail. Do not forget to grab it within 30 days or it will disappear! You can bring it to Kai Featherfall to get one of the following Phoenix mounts:

• Reins of the Ashen Pandaren Phoenix;
• Reins of the Emerald Pandaren Phoenix;
• Reins of the Violet Pandaren Phoenix;
• Reins of the Crimson Pandaren Phoenix.

Mounts are not account-wide! Your character can only ever have one mount! Silver Rewards Also include Bronze rewards but they do not include Gold Rewards!

Bronze Rewards

For the Bronze Challenge completion you will get Challenge Conqueror: Bronze meta achievement. It consists of 9 achievements in total:

• Temple of the Jade Serpent: Bronze;
• Mogu’shan Palace: Bronze;
• Gate of the Setting Sun: Bronze;
• Scarlet Monastery: Bronze;
• Siege of Niuzao Temple: Bronze;
• Stormstout Brewery: Bronze;
• Shado-Pan Monastery: Bronze;
• Scarlet Halls: Bronze;
• Scholomance: Bronze.

Moreover you will get the title The Undaunted. Note that Bronze Rewards Do not Include Silver and Gold Rewards.
