Reshii Wraps Acquiring
To obtain the Reshii Wraps cloak, you must complete the first three chapters of the 11.2 campaign. After finishing The Tabiqa quest, you will receive the artifact cloak, three Ethereal Strands, and a fiber. The following quest introduces Phase Diving and explains the basics of upgrading the cloak.
If you’ve already obtained the cloak on your main character, you can skip the campaign on your alts. However, the skip does not automatically grant the cloak; you can claim it from Hashim at Overlook Zo’Shuul in K’aresh.
