How do you get Whirling Ovation?
Whirling Ovation drops exclusively from the final boss chest in The Desert Perpetual raid. Like other raid Exotics, it has a low base drop chance and can only be attempted once per character per week, with certain raid Triumphs increasing the drop rate over time.
How do you unlock the Whirling Ovation Catalyst?
The Whirling Ovation Catalyst is obtained through the Desert Perpetual Gear Attunement system, tied to the Epic version of the raid. After completing the required quests (such as Map and Territory) and attuning Whirling Ovation, you earn the catalyst from Epic Desert Perpetual encounters, then finish a kill requirement to fully activate it.
