The Abyss encounter

The Abyss is a chaotic race through darkness where all players must have good coordination. You will face lots of enemies, so take the weapons that can be good against hordes of mobs, but in the end, you will also fight with two Unstoppable Ogres. Here, your team must light the Lamps to build the bridge across the chasm. It is not an easy task because all players will get the Weight of Darkness debuff with a timer. You don’t have your jumping abilities, and if the time goes to 0, you will die. Stay close to the Chalice of Light to lower your timer and light the Lapms.

Crota’s End Oversoul Throne Bridge

The purpose of this encounter is to build the bridge and kill the Hive Knights, Gatekeepers. You can build the bridge by staying on the platform with Chalice and giving the Enlightened buff to the plate. The important thing is that the player must stay under both Annihilator Totems to stay alive; if he is not, the plate will be red, and it is active the party wipe. After the bridge is completed, only players with Chalice or Hive Sword can cross it. You can drop the Hive Sword from the Swordbearers, and you need to have the Enlightened to take it. On the other side, the team needs to dock the swords; after that, the hive will attack you and defeat them and the Gatekeepers.

Ir Yut, the Deathsinger encounter

In this encounter, players need to cross the hallway filled with Thralls and jump into the hole to fight against the Ir Yut. As far as you go in the hallway, you can find the invisible barriers, and to cross them, you need to become Enlightened. The next step is to kill the Ir Yut, you need to complete several steps: take the Chalice of Light, defeat the Shieldsinger Wizards, and deal damage to the boss to interrupt her Liturgy. When the boss starts the Liturgy of Ruin sound, all your fireteam will die at the end of the song if you don’t kill all the Shieldsingers.

Crota, son of Oryx
