- Choose Necrolord Covenant. To obtain the Necroray Egg, players must be part of the Necrolord Covenant in Shadowlands.
- Complete Necrolord Calling Quests. As a Necrolord, you can access a bigger set of daily quests known as Necrolord Calling. By completing these quests, you can earn Tribute of the Ambitious or Tribute of the Duty-Bound. These items have a chance to contain the Necroray Egg.
- Wait for the Egg to Hatch. Once you obtain a Necroray Egg, it will take three days to hatch into an Oozing Necroray Egg. This egg will contain one of three Necroray mounts.
- Obtain All Three Necroray Mounts. If you obtain one of the Necroray mounts, the next egg you receive will contain one of the remaining two that you haven’t yet. However, if you collect all three Necroray mounts and receive additional eggs, they will hatch into Gilded Slime instead.
