To obtain this mount, you must first complete the questline “The Shadow of His Wings,” which is part of the “Sojourner of the Waking Shores” achievement. After completing it, you will gain access to Iggy The Believer, located at /way 32.2 52.4, as well as the repeatable quest “Unlocking Our Past”, which requires a Restored Obsidian Key.
Completing this repeatable quest rewards a cache that has a chance to contain the Worldbreaker Membership. Using this item allows you to interact with Dealer Vexil, located in a cave at /way 34.8 46.6.
The Worldbreaker Membership buff lasts two days, but it will be removed if you die.
While under the effect of this buff, you will be able to start looting Magmote from mobs in the Citadel area. Once you collect 1000 Magmotes, you can purchase the Slumbering Worldsnail Shell from Dealer Vexil and add this unique mount to your collection.
