<p>Significant changes were made to the affix system with the War Within expansion. Affix rotation is no more a thing, with <strong>Fortified</strong> and <strong>Tyrannical</strong> being the only returning affixes starting from Mythic +4. New affixes include:</p><ol><li><strong>Xal’atath’s Bargain</strong>: various buffs and challenges. Available starting from Mythic +4;</li><li><strong>Fortified</strong> or <strong>Tyrannical</strong>: returning affixes altering on weekly rotation starting from Mythic +7;</li><li><strong>Fortified</strong> and <strong>Tyrannical</strong>: both are on at the same time starting from Mythic +10;</li><li><strong>Xal’atath’s Guile: </strong>Mythic +12. Enemy damage and health reserves are increased by 20%.</li></ol>

<p>In <strong>Midnight</strong> Season 1, Blizzard has fine-tuned the <strong>Mythic+ key system</strong>, making higher key levels more challenging by adjusting enemy health, damage, and mechanics. While the key levels themselves haven’t changed, <strong>Mythic+10</strong> dungeons now feel tougher compared to previous seasons due to these changes.
