Significant changes were made to the affix system with the War Within expansion. Affix rotation is no more a thing, with Fortified and Tyrannical being the only returning affixes starting from Mythic +4. New affixes include:

Xal’atath’s Bargain: various buffs and challenges. Available starting from Mythic +2;
Fortified or Tyrannical: returning affixes altering on weekly rotation starting from Mythic +4;
Challenger’s Peril: introduced starting at Mythic +7. Increases the penalty for death;
Fortified and Tyrannical: both are on at the same time starting from Mythic +10;
Xal’atath’s Guile: Mythic +12. Enemy damage and health reserves are increased by 20%.

How has Mythic Dungeon changed compared to previous seasons?

In The War Within Season 1, Blizzard has fine-tuned the Mythic+ key system, making higher key levels more challenging by adjusting enemy health, damage, and mechanics. While the key levels themselves haven’t changed, Mythic+10 dungeons now feel tougher compared to previous seasons due to these changes.
