What is the history behind the Episode Revenant?

The new antagonist of the Episode Revenant season will be the Fikrul, who has the second Echo. He can evolve the Scorn using the corpse, also he kidnaps Fallen and turns them into the Scorn. Guardians need to gather together with the Vanguard’s Hunter leader Crow, Mithrax, and his daughter Eido to resist Fikrul. The Eido will help you to make some tonics to give various combat and non-combat bonuses. You will need to participate in the different seasonal challenges and research new content to add some amazing rewards to your Guardian’s collection.

The Episode Revenant seasonal activities

The main activity will be the Onslaught: Salvation, where players will get a new mechanic, such as using the turret and calling for Airstrikes to kill enemies. Also, players can play in the new Vesper’s Host Dungeon and try the contest mode to fight with strong enemies and get valuable rewards. You can play in lots of the missions and challenges that guarantee the pinnacle drops for your Guardian. Also, players can visit three new maps, Widow’s Court, Kell’s Grave, and Eventide Ruins, to finish with new types of enemies: Scorn, Shadow Legion, and Dreads.

The Onslaught mode

This is a PvE mode where three players need to defend the tower and the ADU. This is the horde activity, and you need to be ready to fight against lots of opponents. You can test yourself in two mode types: 10 waves of the enemies or 50 waves. But, if you choose the second option, you can also receive more rewards. Your enemies will be stronger after each wave, so you need to gather goos fireteam and equip the powerful gear. To play in this activity, you don’t need to have any DLC. 

If you just downloaded the game or haven’t played it so far, you need to start the Episode Revenant by completing the new content and Feats of Bravery quest and speaking with Lors Shaxx to take it. In the Onslaught, players with teammates need to defend the ADU, you can lose if the fireteam dies after 30 waves or if the ADU is destroyed. To defend, you can use the turrets and tripwire traps that will slow your enemies. If enemies destroy the ADU, you and your team can’t get the final rewards but still can gather the loot from previous waves. 

The Legend Onslaught will be unlocked after completing the Feats of Bravery quest, and this activity will have mode-complicated modifiers. No matter what type of onslaught you will play, you will need to fight with champions, so prepare your equipment to deal with them. 

What rewards can I get from the Onslaught?

After Episode Revenant is released, many players can get a huge reward pool with fantastic new weapons and other staff. Also, you have a chance to drop the powerful weapons that were impossible to get. To farm them again, it is possible to gather the God Rolls and get the most suitable weapon versions for your play style. You can get such guns with random perks:

How to make the Tonics?

After you arrive at the Last City social space, you need to speak with Eido and learn more about Tonic Laboratory. She researches the Eliksni recipes and the concoctions to try to save her father, Mithrax, who is dying from the Nezarec’s curse. Players need to finish the prologue mission and get the Slayer Baron Apothecary Satchel Artifact after they can accept Act 1 of Episode: Revenant. In this quest, players can craft their first Tonic from Eido’s Tonic Table.

Vesper’s Host Dungeon

In the Vesper’s Host Dungeon, Guardians go into the ruins of a derelict Europa station, where players will find new Destiny 2 puzzles and enemies.
