How it works

Wrath of the Lich King expansion gifted us a lot of great rewards and story beats that influenced the World of Warcraft forever. You have a unique opportunity to become a part of this history by obtaining the Shadowmourne legendary item, which usually requires quite a few complex quests to complete before even trying to craft it. Our booster will do all the tedious stuff for you, which includes becoming friends with the Ashen faction, crafting the inferior version of the Shadowmourne – Shadow’s Edge, and then improving it with enough dark energy obtained from Shadowfrost Shards, so it would become the infamous Shadowmourne, as well as completing the Blood Infusion quest. Before we proceed with your purchase, however, it’s advised to go through the walkthrough below to make sure that you haven’t missed anything about your Shadowmourne boost:

  1. Review the list of requirements for this WotLK expansion boost, a list of additional options, and “Service Includes” to make sure you haven’t missed anything and meet the minimum requirements. Place an order when you’re ready!
  2. One of the members of our Customer Support Team will contact you immediately to confirm the order’s details, including the schedule, the payment method, delivery time, and possibly some other account details. If you need some help understanding what this service is about or have some other unanswered questions about the quest completion process – make sure to inquire with our managers, they will surely help you out, however, that can;
  3. Once we’re done with the prelude, a reliable and vigorous boosting specialist will be assigned to your WotLK classic service. Our specialists have been playing both the retail version and WoW Classic since the very release and have completed the Icecrown Citadel numerous times, so you can expect your service completed in record time. Be advised, however, that for this WotLK classic quest service, a Piloted Mode boost method will be used, which means account sharing. No reason to fret, though, our team’s top priority is to keep your account safe and sound until your triumphal return;
  4. That’s it, essentially. Once we’ve completed all the prerequisites and obtained this beauty’s transmogrification set for Death Knights of your Warband, a corresponding notification will be sent to your account. We’re glad that we were able to help you out in obtaining this mythical weapon. Hopefully, when you encounter some unbearably long and tedious content piece in the future – our services are the first thing that will come to your mind.

Thanks for sticking with us! Before you’re gone trying on this menacing axe in all the specific classes, make sure to leave us a bit of feedback. It’s crucial for us to know what you like and dislike so we can adjust and improve our services even further. Remember, that playing should be only about fun, not stress and grinding.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the bosses of the Icecrown Citadel?

The Icecrown Citadel is a special chest filled with interesting bosses and by this day one of the most iconic and famous raids available in the World of Warcraft. Each boss awaiting you in this raid is unique and requires some homework done before facing him. Here’s the list of all ICC bosses organized by wing:

  • The Lower Spire;
    • Lord Marrowgar: a giant skeleton guarding the entrance to the citadel;
    • Lady Deathwhisper: Arthas’ right hand and one of the most powerful necromancers of Azeroth;
    • Icecrown Gunship Battle: a gunship battle. More of a spectacle than a boss fight, but is very impressive;
    • Deathbringer Saurfang: menacing Death Knight who was once the son of an aristocrat;
  • The Plagueworks:
    • Festergut: abomination infamous for its toxic attacks;
    • Rotface: another rather toxic abomination;
    • Professor Putricide: the mad scientist responsible for countless atrocities and the main engineer behind the Scourge;
    • The Crimson Hall:
    • Blood Prince Council: a trio of blood-enhanced princes;
    • Blood-Queen Lana’thel: a powerful vampire;
  • The Frostwing Halls:
    • Valithria Dreamwalker: a unique encounter that requires players to assist a captured green dragon;
    • Sindragosa: powerful and terrifying wyrm, one of the most menacing servants of the Lich King;
  • The Frozen Throne:
    • The Lich King (Arthas Menethil): needs no introduction.

What is the drop chance of Shadowfrost Shards?

Excluding Icecrown Gunship Battle and Valithria Dreamwalker, each boss has a 25% chance of dropping one shard. With the help of our trusty companion – math, we can also add that obtaining 50 of these will require you to complete the Icecrown Citadel at least 25 times.

Will Shadowmourne transmogrification be available on all my characters?

Yes! Your entire Warband will have a unique opportunity to wield the Shadowmourne, as long as your character is DK, Paladin, or Warrior.

What’s the full list of quests required to obtain Shadowmourne?

Your journey begins with the Ashen faction, with which you are required to obtain a Friendly reputation. Once it’s done – talk with Darion Mograine inside the Citadel, and obtain The Sacred and the Corrupt pursuit, which will require you to acquire Light’s Vengeance, x25 Primordial Saronite, Festergut’s Acidic Blood, and Rotface’s Acidic Blood. Bringing these back to Darion will prompt another quest – Shadow’s Edge, which will allow you to craft an inferior version of the Shadowmourne. You will have to empower this weapon by completing A Feast of Souls, Unholy Infusion, Blood Infusion, and Frost Infusion. Finally, The Splintered Throne will require you to collect x50 Shadowfrost Shards and craft a Shadowmourne legendary axe for you to wield!
