The Blacksmithing quest is called Baby Needs Two Pair of Shoes and rewards you with:

- 250 reputation points with the Darkmoon Faire.
The quest itself requires you to have a Blacksmithing skill level of 75 to see it. You can complete this quest once per month when Darkmoon Faire is active. Simply use an Iron Stock near an anvil at Darkmoon Faire (coordinates: 55, 71), create four Horseshoes, and put them on a horse called Baby.
