Reindeer is great and all, but how do I access the real stuff – flying mounts?
Getting your first flying mount can be a memorable Tarisland experience, though it’s not as easy as completing some quests in the Misty Forest. For starters, level 60 is required to be able to use flying mounts. Then there’s the problem of actually finding them. Below is the list of flying mounts available in the game and how to get them:
- Purple Wyvern – Achievements;
- Brightwing Wyvern – Achievements;
- Gryphon – Dungeon Drop;
- Blue Phoenix – Raid Drop;
- Rune Armordragon – Arena Rankings;
- Spofling – Dungeon Drop;
- Black Armordragon – Military Rank Association;
- Red Phoenix – Raid Drop;

At what level can I get my first mount?
Quite early, at level 5 after completing the very first Misty Forest quest chain. Tarisland’s world is absolutely massive, so you’ll need it unless you welcome additional legwork.
