No. Reward chances can be accumulated up to 3 days and 6 times and are only consumed during Elite difficulty level runs. You can increase your Reward chance by using Dungeon Scrolls, which is a nice way to reach higher levels and get gear quickly.
Who’s the main boss of the Forest Altar dungeon and how do I deal with him effectively?
The best advice we can give you is to run. Like, don’t ever stop running. Most of the Druid’s attacks are AoE-based, so remember your favorite Dark Souls PvP strat and just run around him until the damage phase is over. This way your Forest Altar run will be less painful and you will complete it in no time.
